1. General Return Policy

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened tea products.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Unopened Items)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will gladly make it right!

4. The Return Process

To start a return for an eligible, unopened item:

  4. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
